Could we survive if werewolves attacked the world? (dog soldier werewolves)?

i think we are SOL... we would all be dead and overrun... could any of us make it? oh yeah and you cant drop bombs if the air force is already big puppy chow. and lets pretend they dont ever come back to humans when the full moon is gone
