GOK WAN Miss Naked Beauty 2008?

Did anyone watch this the other night? I thought it was great and applaud Gok for what he is trying to do. However the ads during the breaks appalled me, Cellulite creams, Anti ageing creams, Hair dyes, Weight loss programmes, Mascaras etc. Now I know they were the perfect ads from a marketing point of view but it seemed to just erase Gok's message. My question is how are we supposed to have this revolution against "the perfect image" when beauty, fashion, weight loss are multi billion pound industries that insist on shoving the fact that we are imperfect and the only way to be perfect is by buying these unnecessary products. Every woman has the right to improve herself and look her best but why aren't the men being targeted like this?
