Why wont my DEP shut off?

okay so ive done almost everything that people said to turn off the Data execution program but my computer keeps telling me that DEP has shut off your program (in this case windows movie maker). heres the story: ive went into the control panel, selected run as administrator and typed in "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff". the control panel said it successfully did that but DEP STILL keeps turning off my MM. I also went to the DEP settings and clicked "turn on for those i select" i pressed add but i cant find Movie maker and no site told me where to find it. Its really frustrating me.....
