My friend & I just beat these to other kids at in a game of 2 0n 2 b-ball and now we get to shave (cont blow)?

the other 2 kids eyebrows and hair however we want 2. How should we shave them? Can't shave it off for 3 weeks and no hats or coverings. And we really don't like these guys b/c they use to bully us.
