A good diet for building muscle?

Dude no joke pretty much all you can eat is white meat that lean. You need the protein to build the muscle. Of course you still need to get veggies, fruits blah blah. Also doing endurance exercizes helps burn fat like jogging swimming. But once you build muscle it takes more energy to feed them so your body begins burnign fat. Also snacking is great. It keeps your metabolism high and burn your food quickly instead of storing it as fat. You should try and eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
