What I can tell you is that some people will rush to a doc and the doc will proscribe medication. I never used the stuff because I did a lot of research on the subject and my own research convinced me not to take medication, my friend that has the same panic attacks took medication and right after she stopped taking it all of the anxiety and panic attacks have come back plus she also messed up her stomach from the medication. How can I remove/cover up my dark circles?

I'm a teenager (and female) and I've had purple-ish/reddish dark circles for years. I've tried many different things to cover them up (tinted concealers, ect.) but nothing seems to work! When I apply concealer in the morning and feel like my circles are finally hidden, they reappear as soon as I step away from the mirror. They don't show up very well in pictures, but I feel so self concious whenever I see my reflection, since they make me look old (and not in a good way!). I've just bought a new tower/ refurbished one actually.. hooked everything up, everything was doing great until I noticed I wasn't getting any sound at all. Dude no joke pretty much all you can eat is white meat that lean. You need the protein to build the muscle. Of course you still need to get veggies, fruits blah blah. Also doing endurance exercizes helps burn fat like jogging swimming. But once you build muscle it takes more energy to feed them so your body begins burnign fat. Also snacking is great. It keeps your metabolism high and burn your food quickly instead of storing it as fat. You should try and eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.

you can just scoop the gravel and take the ornaments out of the tank its in, clean it off and put it in the new tank, simple as that. The fish'll be fine in an open tank for a while, it doesnt NEED substrate to survive or anything. If you think it only takes a week to the cycle a tank, you might want to brush over that subject a little bit after you set up the new tank. Once its cycled just get it out with a net and add it to the new tank!

What is this pain from? My period.. or lactose?

Well, I'm lactose intolerant (mildly), and I ate a little lactose yesterday (not enough to usually bother me though), but I also have my period. I woke up this morning with a sharp, stabbing pain in my lower abdomen. It feels like its exactly in the middle below my belly on. It also went around my backside and well, I guess through the middle of my body, but its mostly in the front now. It almost feels like it would be my bladder, but I had no problem peeing while I had the pain. It did hurt, however, when I took my tampon out, (not when I put another one in). The pain seems to be like, at the bottom of my ? But I've never experienced this with my period before. I've had cramps, and I've had like a pulling, tearing feeling down there, but never a stabbing that seems like its inside if me. Is it from my period, or is it my lower intestines from the bit of lactose I ate yesterday? Should I take Advil or something?

ok... I've seen a few posts elsewhere but still can't find the answer to the question that everyone keeps side-stepping. Are there any external markings, heater hose connection, inlet clocking or anything else that would help identify a chevy water pump? I have a '91 s-10 w/383 stroker with an over-heating problem... '74 350 block (originally), '86 tpi intake and belt set-up, new 180F t-stat, '86 vette radiator (oem), electric fans and thermo switch. When I built this engine I had a few water pumps lying around and didn't realize there where more than just length differences and therefore am unsure which one I ended up with, it runs at about 230-240F after 10-15 min no matter the amb temp. Why are my wipers always skidding?

I have gone through 4 different brands of wipers in a progressively more expensive trend over the past three months. No matter what I get, even $20 wiper blades don't work right. I use Rain-X washer fluid and it still skids across my windshield. Right now I have wipers that conform to your windshield, and they just started skidding around 5 days after I bought them. I was recently in Kauai and overall had a great trip. But noticed some hostility from the Hawaiians living on the island. At one point we were flipped the bird for no apparent reason by an opposing vehicle. If it's the fact there are so many tourists, I can see how that would get annoying, I grew up in a small tourist town and sometimes got overwhelming. But I've listened to some of the music and that seems to indicate that maybe there is a feeling of being overtaken, not being able to preserve the culture, etc. I am just trying to understand. I made some great friends from some of the other pacific islands when I was studying abroad in Australia a few years back and it would have been nice to have some fun interactions with those living in Hawaii while I was visiting. Why wont my DEP shut off?

okay so ive done almost everything that people said to turn off the Data execution program but my computer keeps telling me that DEP has shut off your program (in this case windows movie maker). heres the story: ive went into the control panel, selected run as administrator and typed in "bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff". the control panel said it successfully did that but DEP STILL keeps turning off my MM. I also went to the DEP settings and clicked "turn on for those i select" i pressed add but i cant find Movie maker and no site told me where to find it. Its really frustrating me.....

1986 Ford Bronco Tailgate problems!?

I bought this bronco a while back and have been fixing it up when i bought it non of the windows would roll down... i put new window motors in the front but not in the tailgate....after i got the truck running all the electrical stuff started working again...the rear gl would roll down about 2in and wouldnt go down any further, also when you push the switch up or down the lights will flash/dim and the radio will stop working for like 2 seconds...i took the window motor out of the back and hooked it back up and i can hit the switch and the motor will work put it will still stop after a little while and then it still dims the light and etc. so i figure it is going to be the Tailgate Window switch that is on the dash next to the A/C controls...but i was just wanting to get some opinions before i spend $31 plus shipping... from what i have read there is a key switch i guess when you turn the key it rolls the window down? idk i paid $250 for the truck and it has been a really good bye but it did not come with the door keys but it did come with the ignition key...so i dont know anything about the rear key switch...? just need some opinions like i said before i spend the cash to get a switch that wont work. Cambridge - Its much safer than other cities, its got a lot of greenery and old buildings, nice shops, hardly any big roads in the centre, many facilities, great shops, its big yet you can't go out without seeing someone you know, the schools are some of the best in the world (both state and private) and its close enough to London to commute. Where else would you get a field with cows in the centre of a city? Its not too big and there are many little villages in the countryside around it. It is within 2 hours of the sea. Many of the houses have an old style. It is situated on the Cam and there are sailing clubs nearby that I belong to. All the colleges are very attractive if you like old architecture. Considering what you've said you like, I think it would be perfect apart from not being right on the sea. Its the only city I would feel comfortable going out on my own at night in. I hope your move is good and you enjoy England!

How difficult is Beginning Computer Science?

Well firstly you are going to need to have a high level of interest in computing in general. Some of those topics can seem very boring to people who think that just because they spend days on end in their rooms playing games that these subjects will interest them! BIG MISTAKE! Networks especially are very material heavy but this is something you will get used to using by doing jobs like setting up home networks for people (which is a handy way to make extra cash btw) the computer architecture is fairly strait forward, learning about the hardware etc. As you mentioned you were good at maths the boolean logic Will come easier to you, all that's involved are two theorems and maybe 6 to 8 axioms which once learned off are simple! With the computer languages you will be probably started off with java programming and some basic embly language which ain't that difficult, the java being the trickier of the two though. But with all programming languages people have eureka moments where it all of sudden makes sense! So if you have a genuine interest in computers all of this will interest you hopefully and you will surprise yourself how much you could learn in like the first semester!! hope i helped!!

It's the pacificer. Your either going to have to get him to stop using it all together or more than likely what will happen is that he'll start using his fingers instead. He just wakes up and wants the one thing that calms him. All of my children stopped with the pacifier about that time and began sucking fingers. Right now I'm 128lbs, my measurements are 38 1/2in, 37 1/2in, and 39 1/2in. My body m index number is 26.7. I'm 4'10" tall. According to that wrist tes,t (where you wrap your middle finger and thumb around your wrist) I have a medium frame, BUT I did weigh 100lbs this time last year and I was pretty healthy. I started weight watchers last week and I have been drinking a lot of water and walking everyday. My ultimate goal is to be able to run two times a day, and to be able to sign up for one of the Mixed Martial Arts or Kickboxing cles around here. I used to be really thin, I was wearing size 0 pants. I got on birth control and I'm not sure if it just made me hungry or what but I gained 40lbs in 8 months (1 school year). I'm off of it now and so I need to figure out something. I don't have any weights here and that protein powder crap makes me throw up. I don't want to be bulky! I just want to get the extra weight off of me and get a lot of lean muscle.

Can the number of neutrons be a negative number for an element?

ok so I am trying to figure out the number of protons, electrons, and neutrons for a list of elements and as I read it it says that the proton and electron number will always be the same in a normal state as its given on the periodic table (uming no ionic changes) and that to get the neutrons I have to use this formula: neutrons = rounded atomic m - atomic number..... well it works out for most of them ut for Iodine I take the atomic wt (27) and subtract the atomic number (53) and I get a negative -26? is that right? I dont know how to write it?

My eyes are wierd?

i have dark blue pupils (no they are not black) and i have a blue ring around my almost black eyes. my grandpa has the same thing with his pupil. and some of our family has a dark blue ring around their eyes that lighten up with age. does anybody think this is wierd? and i think its hereditary but i dont know anybody else with blue pupils and a blue ring besides my family. oh yeah. one more thing. my eyes are almost black so you can only tell in the sun when they turn brown. what do you think?

I'm Protestant. Is staying together with my Catholic boyfriend a bad idea?

I'm very much so Protestant and my boyfriend just recently converted from the Anglican church to Roman Catholicism. We've been friends for a long time, and our relationship has really not changed much since we decided to be boyfriend and girlfriend. Despite the seeming lack of change, he doesn't seem like the type of person who would ask someone out unless he thought that the relationship had long-term, or possibly marital, potential. He is very, VERY Catholic, and very happy to be so. I am very, VERY Protestant, and I can say with absolute certainty that that isn't about to change. However, he's a very happy Catholic and I'm uming that he expects to marry another Catholic, and has no intention of becoming Protestant himself. Surely he wouldn't pursue me if he knew that there's no chance of me ever converting? But i don't want to risk hurting our friendship by emphasizing our religious differences. But he really must not know that I'm firmly Protestant, or surely he wouldn't be dating me, right? Should i upfront tell him that we could never work out in the long run? or should i try to introduce him to my religious outlook and see if he'd be willing to be Protestant? i don't know if that would work. Should I just break up with him while we're still so much so just friends anyways? Please help, I really value this person, and I don't know if it's unfair to stay with him if he's thinking i'm going to eventually join his church when i'm not. I'm not asking him to become Protestant, but i'm not expecting us to get married either, while i think that may be his eventual expectation. We are good friends, and i think (but am not sure) that if i break it off, he'll still be good friends with me. I hope so, because i know we're going to come to an impe on this eventually.

The oil companies are not simply given the control over more of our land for offshore drilling. There is a process they will go through to be able to drill there. If you want to get in on the action, you have at least 2 choices, start your own company for oil exploration or invest in companies that already have the business model to perform that work. That oil is worthless unless someone expends the time and money necessary to retrieve it. Why should that money be directly shared with people that haven't risked a penny to acquire it? So, if you want in on the potential profits, invest in the companies that you believe have the best chance of returning a profit.

I find that the first step is an xray. If it is arthritis, then an xray will show you what stage you are in, so the vet can reccommend the meds for that stage. I find that my dogs all had several issues, so what I thought was just arthritis, was other issues too. We used an old bath towel and put it under the dogs belly and held an end in each hand, and lifted the dogs back legs to help them walk. The vet needs to tell you the meds available, and the side effects to those meds, so you can make the best choice. Good luck

What does it sound like..driving car with no oil?

I had been driving my car for about 3 weeks with the oil light on. I figured it had oil in it so what was the big problem. Well, the car started making strange noises. I could not explain the noise when asked by the mechanic. I did have the oil changed then and was told there was nothing to change, that there was no oil in the car period. am told the noise is some upper engine noise and wouldn't even be worth looking into as whatever it is would go beyond the value of the car, a 1992 Plymouth Acclaim. i enjoy online gaming. i particularly like pogo.com. but i cannot, for the life of me, understand why some people feel the need to create fake profiles and befriend then betray other people! i know it sounds sad and pathetic, but i've seen a lot of people get into relationships (as friends or more) and then get hurt when one of the two turn out to be "fake" and not at all what they made themselves to be. Betrayal...?

Hey, guys..umm, here's the story, one of my friends recently came back into "exsistance", no one knew where he was, and he wasn't returning any phone calls, and I was really worried about him, because he's like, my best friend (brother from another mother.). And when he finally does come back, I'm glad to see he's okay, and I invite him to hang out with me the next day. But, later that night, I find out he was trying to get with my lady. And I got very upset with her and my friend. So, I don't really know what to do right now, I got to face my friend tomorrow and don't know how to react to him, I feel so betrayed, I didn't think he had the capability to do something like this. And my girl wasn't telling me about any of it, or stopping it, so, I'm really not feeling her anymore. I just want them to both go away, but since that's not going to happen.......any advice?

Why do my goldfish keep dying?

I just bring them home float the bag in water for 15 mins transfer them, put smooth pebbles, feed them flakes, and use filter water. So why are they dying? Is it because the filter water from the fridge is bad? I also used treatment for the water. They like swim happily for a while then like sit on the bottom of the tank and die. I got no filter but i have an air pump. I used a soccer ball sized fishbowl for one and a small tank for the other. I need help.
