How can I succeed in Differential Equations?

I'm studying Electrical Engineering and Differential Equations are very essential, but somehow I can't devote myself into this subject of Mathematics... My first midterm was 23 and I all want to do is to p this course with a C at least...but my will is not enough to succeed...
