Baby Blankets made from babies clothing...?

Looking for someone to make a blanket using my son's baby clothes that he no longer fits. I've seen and heard of this before, where they cut a few outfits into perfect squares and sew them together to make a beautiful blanket or quilt. Does anyone know of any websites or people that do this???
