My Pony spots of hair missing?

It looks like she may have some mange; I would buy some baby oil with vitamin E. that will help the skin rejuvenate. Also it doesn’t look like this but it just comes to mind. There are these sores that come and go in certain horses, they are like cold sores but are called summer sores. If bumps form and begin to ooze buy wonder dust from a local tack shop. What it does is dry out the sore so it will eventually fall off. Also give her a betadine bath, just to be on the safe side. It will get rid of any bacteria.
