HELP!!! MY FISH ARE GOING TO DIE!!!!!?

in my 25 gallon tank, planted i have 1x dwarf gourami, 5x neon tetra, 1x male guppie, 3x otocinlcus, 1x weather loach and1x bumblebee gobie. i have just recently added 6 baby rasbora. Since they were added the gourami keep trying to eat them, the bumblebee gobie wants to kill them and the guppie keeps putting his mouth near them and touching them with it but not hurting them.anyway the rasbora are half an inch long. i have decided to put them in a breeder trap for now so they will be safe from the other fish for now but please help
