haha willy haha but seriously size, all men are different and all men are unsatisfied, usually are around puberty 13-18 it'll grow in length but not cirference then after that it'll fill in in cirference. weird shaped i don't know about that one, maybe he has the wrong idea about what its supposed to be shaped like, but this could be something serious, he might have a tumor growing off it, at his age i dont think that it would be pedophilia to look at it especially if he wants your help and/or wont let a doctor look at it, but i doubt its anything
