On Hellcats, is Travis Marti's dad?

I have no idea what i missed, ive seen every episode, except for this weeks, which i just saw now on the cw site, and when Marti and Alice are trying to break into the safe Marti says i have to figure out how to get my dad out of prison. the only person shes trying to get out is travis, and it never said travis was her dad in any other episode. what happened?
